Otherworldly Yaroof installation by Aljoud Lootah celebrates Dubai's fishing heritage

For this year's Dubai Design Week, multidisciplinary designer Aljoud Lootah created an otherwordly installation inspired by the area's finishing heritage. The octagonal roof and walls of the eye-catching artwork named "Yaroof" are made from nylon ropes that draws attention to tradition in a city marked by innovation.
